Elisabeth Stock Asked to Join NYC Broadband Task Force

On April 9, 2015, New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio announced the formation of the Broadband Task force, a diverse group of 14 leaders in technology-related fields who will advise the mayor’s office on the development of a citywide broadband strategy and help expand access to broadband in underserved communities. Spearheaded by Counsel to the Mayor Maya Wiley, the Taskforce members include Elisabeth Stock, co-founder and CEO of CFY, and serves as another important recognition of CFY’s leadership position in the use of technology in education.
