As we closed out 2014 and entered the New Year, PowerMyLearning saw its greatest months ever in terms of traffic and activity on the platform. Amidst this success, PowerMyLearning also received some exciting recognition from those with an eye on top education technology tools.
- In October, PowerMyLearning was named a winner of Getting Smart’s 2nd Annual Smart List Awards. CFY’s platform earned a spot on the Smart List of 30 Ways to Learn Almost Anything, a list that included 30 free resources that are particularly innovative. Getting Smart is an online community passionate about innovation in learning.
- In January, PowerMyLearning was included on eLearn Hub’s list of The Best K-12 Online Tools for Learning in 2015. This list is meant to provide students and parents with practical and effective online educational tools that can help kids expand their knowledge base and learn new skills.
- PowerMyLearning also made it onto a popular list publicized via the social-curation tool List.ly. The list, called Recommended Education Tools and Resources, is designed to point people to valuable education websites and platforms. It has already been shared widely.
CFY is proud to have received this recognition for PowerMyLearning as it is an indicator of how much the community values the platform.
