Programs & Services:
Greater Los Angeles Region

The Greater Los Angeles Region is home to a leading branch of the national non-profit organization, PowerMyLearning.  By providing key tools, training, and support, our programs are designed to foster growth in teachers as instructional leaders, in parents as support partners, and in students as learners who can meet the challenge of high academic standards. Learn more about PowerMyLearning in the Greater Los Angeles Region.

We have found that the power of digital learning lies in its ability to fuel personalized instruction and student-driven learning in an integrated way. To do this effectively, we believe it must be used to strengthen the face-to-face interactions among all of the key players that impact achievement – students, teachers, and parents – and to address the learning students do in the classroom and beyond.

School Partnerships

PowerMyLearning in the Greater Los Angeles Region offers a series of comprehensive and targeted programs designed to meet schools’ unique needs. Programs can be focused specifically on increasing family engagement or supporting educators with personalized learning, or they can have a broader focus on addressing the needs of students, teachers, and families together.

We select partner schools based on a shared commitment to helping all students, parents, and teachers leverage the power of digital learning to improve educational outcomes. PowerMyLearning partner schools must be public schools, either traditional or charter, that serve a significant portion of students who receive free or reduced-price lunch. Schools must also have a demonstrated interest in adopting blended learning, extending learning beyond the classroom, and engaging families in the learning process.

“The students of one of our teachers have achieved the highest math scores across all of the schools in our organization. We attribute this to the high quality, hands-on support the PowerMyLearning Blended Learning Consultant has provided to this teacher.”
