1. Coaster Creator
- Build a roller coaster that makes it to the very end of the track.
- Draw a picture of what it crashes into.
- Find Martin Luther King's "I Have a Dream" speech and click on it.
- Read through the speech until you find the Emancipation Proclamation. Click on it.
- Read about it and write what it's about.
3. Algebra Meltdown
- Begin playing the first round and write down your final score.
- Begin playing the second round. What comes out of the scientists' ears?
4. Diamante Poems
- Press the "Get Started" button.
- Type in:
- Beginning Topic
- Ending Topic
- FIll in the blanks on the following screen.
- Review your poem.
- Go back and edit, or save and print or share by email.
5. Tomb of the Unknown Mummy
- Search the four rooms for artifacts.
- Use the clues you've collected to guess who the tomb belongs to (don't forget to click on the notebook icon to find out more about the artifacts for clues).
- Name two artifacts that you found.
- Who was the owner of the tomb?
- What does someone with this job do in Ancient Egypt?
