Play the following activities by yourself:
1. Inchy Picnic (Fuel the Brain):
- Click the ruler and turn it to measure the distance between the ant and his next ant hill
- Click on the next ant hill and type in the correct amount of inches between each hill
- When the ant gets to the picnic you have completed the first round and move to the second round where you must choose the shortest path.
2. Time to Move (PBS): Catch fish in your net, measure the fish with a ruler and decide if they should go in the big tank or small tank using the key at the top of the page.
3. Which Unit of Length is Appropriate? (IXL): Estimate if each object shown should be measured in inches, feet, or yards.
