Virtual 2020 Innovative Learning Awards

Join us for the first-ever Virtual 2020 Innovative Learning Awards at 7pm ET on Thursday, May 28!

Reserve your tickets today to help unleash the power of students, teachers, and families nationwide.

About the Event

The current health crisis is having a profound impact on children’s education. This is particularly true in the communities we serve, where educators are struggling to provide equitable learning experiences for every student and bring their families into the learning process. Demand for our proven approach to family engagement is skyrocketing and we need your support now more than ever.

We have decided to move forward with our annual gala by making it a fun and interactive virtual experience that you can join safely from the comfort of your home–or anywhere you choose. We rely on this event to sustain our organization, so we hope you will purchase your tickets today or simply support us with a donation.

This is a time for us to join together (virtually) as a community and support the students, teachers, and families who need it the most. As always, we appreciate your ongoing support.

The Virtual 2020 Innovative Learning Awards will start at 7pm ET on Thursday, May 28. Please stay tuned for program details.

With your support, we can make that vision a reality for students across the country.

All sponsorships support PowerMyLearning’s programs and help us continue to strengthen the triangle of learning relationships between students, families, and teachers nationwide.

Visionaries of the Year

Daniel Dolgin
Co-Founder & Former Board Chair of PowerMyLearning

Dan received a B. A. degree from Columbia College and a J. D. from Columbia Law School. Before leaving law practice to pursue investment opportunities, Dan served as a corporate lawyer at McDermott, Will & Emery, where he was a partner and head of the New York office. Before his tenure at McDermott, Will & Emery, Dan spent eight years at Towne, Dolgin, Sawyier & Horton, a commercial law firm of which he was a co-founder. In 1999, Dan teamed up with Elisabeth Stock, whom he assisted as PowerMyLearning evolved into the national, educational-equity service enterprise it is today. Shortly before Dan met Elisabeth, he had filed the certificate of incorporation for the company and secured its status as a not-for-profit, tax-exempt enterprise. He served as its initial board chairman until 2008 and will retire from his role as a member of the board in June 2020.
