PowerMyLearning is committed to helping students, teachers, and families in under-served school communities in the San Francisco Bay Area harness the power of technology and personalized learning to improve educational outcomes.
In the San Francisco Bay Area, PowerMyLearning has partnered with 10 schools and served more than 3,400 students, parents, and teachers since 2008. PowerMyLearning has demonstrated significant impact on student achievement, teacher instructional practices, and parental confidence. This year, we are partnering with four schools in Silicon Valley: three in San Jose and one in Morgan Hill.
Our program supports schools through professional development and family engagement services. Our professional development helps educators integrate new instructional approaches and deepen school-home connections. Our family engagement services empower parents to become stronger learning partners for their children, providing powerful tools and promoting meaningful interaction via high-quality workshops.
This comprehensive approach helps students take full ownership of their learning and puts them on the path to academic and lifelong success.

We have found that the power of personalized lies in its ability to fuel data-driven instruction and student agency in an integrated way. To do this effectively, we believe technology must be used to strengthen the face-to-face interactions among all of the key players that impact achievement – students, teachers, and families – and address learning students do in the classroom and beyond.
