Delivery options
Educator Workshops
Large group in-person or virtual workshops where teachers learn research-based strategies to accelerate math and SEL outcomes.
Collaborative Learning Series
Small group sessions where teachers deep dive on a big idea and unpack challenges as they collaborate, implement, and reflect.
Instructional Coaching
Together with an experienced coach, teachers grow in high-quality instruction, including curriculum, content, and pedagogical knowledge.
Our beliefs about math
Rooted in research
We are equity-focused and rooted in what the learning sciences have shown to be essential elements for creating successful math learning environments and mindsets. Our PD is informed by and embed strategies that research has identified as influential in driving student outcomes.
For example, educators implement strategies identified by John Hattie’s influential Visible Learning research—all with an effect size larger than .40, or the “hinge point of usefulness” in influencing student achievement. These include self efficacy, classroom discussion, peer-assisted learning, feedback, and more.
