    Director of DEI, Culture, and Org Learning

    Al leads the diversity, equity and inclusion, culture, and organizational learning initiatives at PowerMyLearning. Before joining PowerMyLearning, Al worked as senior director of HR at SAGE while volunteering for the Ali Forney Center and City Meals on Wheels.

    Al has expertise in creating and fostering an inclusive organizational culture that is rooted in diversity and equity while driving employee engagement and providing meaningful and impactful organizational learning opportunities.

    Al has a B.A. in Psychology from Hunter College. He also holds a Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification.
