    Senior Manager, Research & Program Operations

    Neha manages program data processes that inform funding reports and program goals, and she works closely with program teams to develop data collection tools, logic models, and metrics that align to PowerMyLearning’s overall mission. Before joining PowerMyLearning, Neha worked as Research and Evaluation Manager at Inwood House, a social welfare organization, leading the production of yearly program reports and conducting data analyses to assess programmatic outcomes. She completed her M.A. in Human Development and Social Intervention with a concentration in Research Methods at New York University.
